Ensure material deliveries align with the Start of Fabrication (S.O.F.) date. Adjust schedules based on fabrication delays, vendor delays, or changes in project scope.
5. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure material traceability and maintain proper documentation for ASME compliance. Verify Mill Test Reports (MTRs), heat numbers, and other material certifications. Work with QA/QC teams to confirm material integrity and adherence to project requirements. Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and supplier communications.
