General Job Posting Requirements:

You may only post Real and current jobs only. You may only post legitimate, specific, and currently open job vacancies.

Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in processing cancellations and terminations.

The suspension or deletion of accounts due to causes attributable to you does not exempt you from paying any applicable fees or prices.

JobSparx will charge or debit the payment method you provide for the fees you owe JobSparx for the services purchased. By providing your credit card, bank account, or other payment method information to JobSparx, you authorize us to process those charges. You also grant JobSparx permission to save and store your payment information.

If you have purchased a multi-month advertising post package, you authorize JobSparx to charge or debit your specified payment method for all amounts owed on the charge dates.

Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location. We may store and continue billing your payment method such as a credit card even after it has expired.

If you purchase a multi-month advertising package, your payment method will automatically be charged at the start of each installment for the fees and taxes applicable to that period. To avoid future, ongoing charges you must cancel before the renewal date.

Term and Surviving Provisions:

Our agreement will continue in effect until it is terminated by either JobSparx or you. Upon termination, the provisions contained in this document that by their context are intended to survive termination or expiration will survive, including but not limited to the following:
Your grant of licenses under this document will survive indefinitely
Your indemnification obligations will survive indefinitely
The disclaimer of warranties and representations, and the stipulations under the section containing indemnity and limitation of liability provisions, will survive indefinitely.
