This position is located at the Stellantis Technical Training Center in Houston. The Technical Instructor is responsible for delivering instructor-led technical training courses to Stellantis Dealership and Fleet Technicians, corporate personnel at Stellantis Technical Training Centers and mobile locations. The Instructor will prepare for and maintain the highest-level of technical proficiency in all skill areas. Manage individual course registrations, roster processing, and development of a training center course schedule. In addition to facilitating courseware, the Lead Instructor is responsible for daily operational management of their assigned facility and serves as the Stellantis representative at their assigned training center. They will be the first point of contact for dealership personnel and contract staff in the training center. The Lead Instructor is the first point of contact 24/7 for facility emergencies including security breaches and fire alarms. Operational tasks also include: maintaining training vehicles, special and hand tools, classrooms, course hardware and components, diagnosis equipment, and software updates. Lead instructors advise dealers and fleets on training needs, as well as assist in the training development process. They can assist students on self-study questions. This position is also responsible to analyze and prepare potential solutions to non-budgetary or non-personnel deficiencies for training centers to present to Area Technical Training Manager(ATTM), prepare orders for items to support training center operations and present to ATTM for review and approval, maintain and audit the training center inventories to comply with the ATTM direction, coordinate and maintain the technical training schedule as directed by the ATTM, track progress toward technical training goals; identify deficiencies and present solutions to ATTM, act as the ATTM’s liaison with the Business Center to implement technical training strategies, assist the Field Support Analyst and ATTM with special assigned tasks, implement the Corporate Environmental processes at training centers, and assist the ATTMs with developing current and future personnel. Base + 15% Commission. Small office, nice atmosphere & women owned. $50,000 to $60,000++ your first year. After that successful reps earn $80k-$120k per year. 15% commission on all sales plus a base of $30k per year. North Houston, 1960/Champions area.

Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients, generating sales through cold calling, virtual meetings. Initiate thorough conversations with prospects to identify their needs and provide technical expertise and guidance on our products and services to address those specific needs. Present and demonstrate our technical products and services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits, and articulating how they can address customer challenges and improve their business operations. Collaborate with our directors and technology experts to develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations that align with customer needs and requirements. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and results.
Required Skills: Technical aptitude to understand and be trained on the products and services being sold, along with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop long-lasting relationships with clients. Ability to identify and reach decision makers at key levels. Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to understand customer needs, identify solutions, and recommend appropriate products or services. Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management, reporting, and sales forecasting. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
Required Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Familiarity with a range of technical products and services, with the ability to quickly acquire product knowledge. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including consultative selling and solution selling approaches. Feel comfortable with and have experience selling over the phone. Enjoy working in a small office environment. At least 1 year of commission related Sales Experience. 1 year of B2B sales Inside sales - making sales over the phone Cold calling
