In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining railcars, barges, and above-ground storage tanks using high-pressure cleaning systems and specialized equipment. You’ll also perform minor mechanical repairs and part replacements as needed.

Pol-Tex, a division of Poly America L.P. is currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team. Poly America produces several lines of plastic products including high quality trash bags and construction films.
Job Duties Include: Training Coordinators at Pol-Tex are responsible for conducting, facilitating, and documenting production training. This position will also have the responsibility of ensuring that all employees have completed the appropriate training for their role. Trainers must be comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: 2-3 years’ experience training required 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing training preferred Bilingual with above average communication skills using both Spanish and English is required. Responsibilities: Forklift Drivers at Pol-Tex are responsible for safe operation of sit-down propane forklifts for the purpose of handling, loading, and unloading product. Drivers at Pol-Tex regularly use RF scanners and inventory control systems to pull orders, keep production lines supplied, and re-stock inventory racks. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.

Pol-Tex International is currently seeking a Non-CDL Yard Truck Driver to join our logistics team. Our fleet, facility, and equipment combined with our experienced and dedicated professional staff make Pol-Tex International the premier gathering and recycling center for the Gulf Coast Region.
Yard Drivers at Pol-Tex are responsible for relocating, docking, and transporting 48’ and 53’ trailers within our manufacturing facility. They must be able to keep up with a fast paced production environment while accurately recording information to ensure on-time shipment of goods. This position also uses propane, sit-down forklifts to help load and unload trailers. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.

Qualifications: 1 year experience driving commercial trucks or yard mules. Ability to handle trailers quickly in tight spaces regardless of lighting conditions.
