I. Job SummaryThis experienced position is responsible for the configuration and support of software application systems within the Finance Organization. As part of the Finance Technology team, This candidate will administer, analyze, configure and/or support production operations for Oracle ERP Cloud (Primary: Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Collections: Secondary: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP) modules) and integrations with numerous boundary systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots or assigns to other tech team members for resolution. Coordinates with vendor regarding required support by opening tickets, escalating and following up as required.Support Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Collections Modules.Configure and Maintain components such as customers, receipts, lockbox processing, remittance, and aging/reporting.Continuously develops advanced knowledge of assigned application(s) utilizing vendor websites, user groups and training to effectively utilize system capabilities. Consults on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts. Documents final specs and configures application. Support Financial systems including custom integrations (e.g., real-time, middleware, inbound and outbound) and develop or update existing BI/OTBI Reports in Oracle Cloud ERPAnalyzes impact of configuration from foundational structures to extensions to downstream systems and integrationsCollaborate and work closely with the offshore technical and middleware teams and mentors other team members.Ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries. Supports the development and maintenance of integrations/file transfers.Provides analysis and consultation on the implementation of new software application products or new modules in existing applications.Provides advanced technical support for integrations, reports, extensions, and large data imports/extractions. Plans for and supports migrations, releases, upgrades and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts. Engages Digital and vendor for support as necessary.Executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing. May support functional team with required screen shots and system steps for testing and change management. Collaborate with HCM support team to manage ERP Oracle Cloud releases.Act as subject matter experts and as Finance functional owners for the system. Keep up to date on application functionality, training, and releases.Assist (after initial Tier 0/1 attempt) in resolving User “How To” questions and help to create relevant job aids/learning/communications.Identify business requirements and map them to the system functionality.Support the standardization of Finance policies, practices and processes creating a shared vision across SMEs.Database queries/extracts using calculations, formulas, and complex commands.Extensive experience evaluating requirements and specs for development, testing and deployment.Hands on configuration of application(s), evaluating impact and supporting releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements. III. QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) or High School Diploma (or GED accredited) and 5 years of relevant work experience required. Experience: 5 years of previous experience (in addition to education requirement) required and 3 years of previous experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, OneStream, Blackline, Concur, Coupa, Kyriba, and OneSource preferred. B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Operations/business/financial knowledge: Strong understanding of WM’s operations and service capabilities, or an ability to become a quick study, that translates this knowledge into practical and impactful features that add value to our customers without contributing to inefficiency for the business.Hands on configuration of application(s), evaluating impact and supporting releases, patches, upgrades and enhancements.Experience with queries/extracts and reports and supporting integrations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. The successful candidate will have a track record of proactively speaking up and constructive dissent, where a contrarian opinion is held.Dispute resolution: Ability to combine all qualities above to resolve most day-to-day disputes independently and without more senior executive support. Will need to leverage strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise.Fact and data-driven approach: Track record of relying on facts and data to drive action, as opposed to over-relying on instinct, gut feel, experience or opinion.
