POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Systems Engineer to manage, design, and optimize the operational efficiency of our data center infrastructure. This role will be responsible for overseeing critical systems, including HVAC systems, power distribution, backup generators, and other key components, ensuring optimal performance, redundancy, and uptime. Implement best practices for optimizing energy efficiency while maintaining the required environmental parameters. Generate regular reports on system performance, environmental status, and energy consumption for senior management. Incident Response and Troubleshooting:Respond quickly to data center incidents, diagnosing and resolving issues with HVAC systems, electrical distribution, generators, and other critical infrastructure. Lead root cause analysis efforts for any infrastructure failures, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken to minimize downtime. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures, particularly around power and environmental systems.
