The Safety Manager is responsible for executing all aspects of the company's safety programs, including development, implementation, compliance, training and reporting. This role ensures that all areas of the company comply with safety and regulatory requirements while serving as a role model for expected behaviors. Regular travel to our De Pere, WI location is required to support safety oversight and training across sites.
Job Duties Include: Participates in the incident investigation process, including root cause analysis and identification of corrective action plans, and tracks completion of corrective actions. Work with departments to identify and correct safety hazards and develop preventative procedures. Compile, analyze and report safety data to management. Conduct job hazard assessments and recommend control measures, including substitution of less hazardous materials, PPE, work practice changes and engineering controls. Prepare and conduct training classes. Compile and submit OSHA and other required safety reports. Observe workers to determine use of prescribed safety equipment and procedures. Conduct hazard analyses for new products or processes. Maintain hazard analysis and risk assessment records in accordance with all regulatory requirements. Coordinate and conduct safety audits as directed by senior management. Support management in coordinating with local, state and federal regulatory agencies and vendors related to safety and environmental programs. Stay abreast of industry trends to continuously improve safety programs and execution of safety strategy. Create or update internal safety and environmental policies as needed. Lead company safety meetings and maintain related documentation. Prepare and distribute facility-wide safety communications. Train, coach and counsel staff on regulatory compliance and safety awareness. Oversee facility security and related needs. Perform other duties as assigned.

We're looking for a Material Handler to help keep our operations moving. You'll load/unload trailers, operate forklifts and hand trucks, prepare shipments and keep our dock organized and safe.

Job Duties Include: Safely operate all material transporting equipment, including forklifts and hand trucks Follow all safety rules and procedures Perform daily equipment inspections and complete checklists Crate products for shipment when needed Contact carriers to arrange shipments Work with the Shipping Clerk to ensure on-time deliveries Unload inbound freight and verify accuracy Load and secure wrapped product into trailers Alert the Supervisor of any discrepancies in Bills of Lading or receivers Follow assigned production schedules and report progress as needed Maintain clean and organized work areas Work with the assembly team to ensure proper product flow Cross-train and take on new tasks or responsibilities outside the primary role Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1–2 years woodworking experience preferred Forklift experience preferred; training available Physical ability to bend, reach, lift, and grip items up to 50 lbs. In this position, you make it possible for patients to recuperate from illness or injury in the comfort of their own home.Territory: Shawano, Waupaca, Brown, Outagamie Essential Job Functions:Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength and current level of function. Responsible for administration, evaluation, and interpretation of tests and measurements to determine functional goals and outcomes. Provide a written evaluation and plan of care defining physical therapy needs, goals, progress and expected outcomes. Delivery of physical therapy services to comply with prescribed physician orders. Maintains plan of care by performing timely documentation of client performance, modifying goals and treatment as needed, and determine discharge care plans as appropriate. Responsible for discharge planning, including collaborating and educating the patient and his/her caretakers on home exercise plan to follow discharge. Participates in coordination of services with health care team, physicians, parent/guardians, nurses, etc. Documents according to policy and procedure and requires minimal supervision or instruction. Documents effectively resulting in no technical or clinical denials subsequent to review of documentation by payers Maintain effective communication between staff, healthcare team members and family. Serve as a resource consultant for clinical staff. Supervises other personnel (PTA, HHA) as applicable. Completes OASIS assessments where allowed by state professional practice and regulation. Follow policies and procedures and conforms to all applicable patient care standards, licensure regulations and state laws. Maintain effective communication between staff, healthcare team members and family. Serve as a resource consultant for clinical staff. Supervises other personnel (OTA, HHA) as applicable.
