The Process Engineer is responsible for improving production processes to ensure efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role leads cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold safety and quality standards. This position plays a key role in developing best practices, training team members and supporting daily operations to achieve production targets.
Job Duties Include: Partner with Operations Management to plan, coordinate, and implement process improvement projects. Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance teams to resolve production bottlenecks and enhance efficiency. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely and effective project execution, including follow-up assessments to verify results. Provide progress updates and project reports to leadership from initiation through completion. Support employee training initiatives, including equipment operation, safety protocols, and CNC router programming. Develop, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and repeatability across production processes. Serve as a Production Supervisor when needed, leading crews to meet production goals. Assist with CNC router programming and ensure proper application of programming standards. Oversee tooling procurement and utilization of routers across the facility. Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements. Recommend and implement process improvements to support continuous improvement and operational excellence. Safely operate various hand tools as required. Model and enforce safety standards, including proper PPE use (protective suit, respirator, etc.) and compliance with SDS requirements. Be punctual, prepared, and ready to work at scheduled start times. Perform other related duties as assigned.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure proper functionality of all machinery and facility systems, supporting production targets within a safe work environment. This role performs general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain efficient operations.
Job Duties Include: Inspect, troubleshoot and repair machinery, including saws, sanders, CNC routers, laminators, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and ensure equipment calibration Replace or repair defective parts such as bearings, belts, gears, motors and electrical wiring Collaborate with production teams to identify machine performance issues and recommend improvements Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, and plumbing as needed Adhere to safety protocols and company policies; identify and report hazards or unsafe practices Maintain documentation of repairs, inspections and maintenance activities to comply with OSHA and local regulations Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance and repairs Track and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools and supplies Update maintenance logs, work orders, and related documentation promptly Participate in root cause analyses for breakdowns and repetitive failures Suggest and implement cost-saving measures for equipment usage and maintenance Coordinate maintenance activities with production supervisors to minimize operational disruption Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely repairs and equipment reliability Be willing to work overtime or flexible hours with advanced notice Perform other duties as assigned
