We are seeking Shop Technicians to join a well established company in Odessa, TX. In this role, you will work in our shop refurbishing used industrial equipment. Responsibilities include blasting, prepping, spray painting, and coating machinery to restore it to like-new condition. No experience is required - we provide full, hands-on training.
Work Hours: 7:00a - 7:00p | 11 days on, 3 days off
Job Duties Include: Operate machines that blast, spray coat, and paint industrial equipment Perform surface prep, including degreasing, masking and sanding Restore and refinish used equipment as part of our shop’s refurbishment process Apply industrial coatings and paint using spray systems (no powder coating involved) Inspect finished work to ensure consistent quality and proper coverage Maintain tools, spray equipment, and a clean work area Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Support team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
