We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller for an established company in Odessa, TX. This role is vital to maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production and field operations and ensuring smooth logistics across the organization.

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

 

Job Duties Include:

  • Receive incoming inventory and organize records in appropriate systems or files.
  • Track inventory levels for individual parts and finished goods.
  • Enter and maintain inventory transactions in Oracle ERP.
  • Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Stage parts and materials for assembly teams.
  • Coordinate urgent inventory needs with local machine shops.
  • Arrange and process outgoing shipments to field operations teams.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods.
  • Pack, label and document outbound shipments accurately.

Qualifications:

  • This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
  • 1-year relevant experience
  • Ability to drive a forklift
  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action ensuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
  • Regularly and predictably attend work and work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs
  • Read, understand, and speak English
