What this job involves - The HVAC Technician has a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment on all systems. A very high percentage of “wrench time” is expected. What this job involves: As an HVAC Technician at JLL, you will be essential to maintaining optimal indoor environments across our managed properties. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems that keep our clients' facilities comfortable and energy efficient. You will apply specialized technical knowledge to diagnose complex issues, perform preventative maintenance, and implement solutions that extend equipment life while optimizing performance.
