This position will be a full-timeand onsite contract opportunity in Wilsonville, Oregon.What You’ll DoOwnership of manufacturing processes related to the production of heat shrink tubingPerform root cause investigations and execute corrective actions for non-conforming products using analytical tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and 8DWrite technical documentation, such as process instructions, process validation plans and reports, process development plans and reports, and non-conforming material reportsExecute process validation activities following the IQ, OQ, and PQ approachLead cost reduction projects in cross-functional teamsCollaborate effectively with others across the organization to collectively achieve business objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC)Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methodsAdhere to quality and compliance standards to ensure safe and effective use of the products TE manufacturesWhat You'll NeedRequiredBS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering5 or more years’ experience supporting a manufacturing environment requiredTrack record of project completions that deliver business resultsPreferredExperience with polymer processing (extrusion, molding, etc.)Medical device manufacturing experience is a plusPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorThe pay range for this position is $74 - 84 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will include medical coverage as well as 401k retirement account access.
