As RN on this team, you will ensure patients feel comfortable, supported and at ease while receiving treatment at Cleveland Clinic.A caregiver in this position works nights from 7:00PM – 7:30AM.A caregiver who excels in this role will: Provide direct nursing care.Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans. Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments.Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.Educate patients and their families.
