Duties and Responsibilities of the Clinical Director / BCBA:
Oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality ABA services across assigned caseloads.
Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs, and behavior technicians.
Ensure ethical and effective delivery of ABA services by monitoring fidelity and progress.
Collaborate with administrative and operations teams to align clinical care with organizational goals.
Facilitate regular supervision, clinical meetings, and professional development.
Support family engagement and collaboration with outside professionals (e.g., speech therapists, schools).
Stay current with ABA best practices, compliance standards, and insurance requirements.
Compensation and Schedule:
Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: Flexible between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
