The Infant Head Teacher must be able to provide excellent guest service by encouraging engagement among all children in the classroom, and continuously communicating with parents/guardians about their child's experience during that given day. The Infant Head Teacher is responsible for observing and documenting children's development as well as creating developmentally appropriate curriculum.
