Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Med Surg/Telemetry / Progressive Care Unit - Required
End date of 1/3/26 or 1/10/26
13 weeks will be considered, but is not preferable
This need is confirmed for a Sunday start.

This is an adaptive acuity unit. On occasion, travelers will be asked to provide PCU care (Patient Ratio: 1/3).
This care is non-negotiable and may not be refused.
48 hours will not be considered for this need.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved.
For Holiday Coverage, Travelers are required to work two of the following:
- Thanksgiving and Friday/weekend after
- Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and Friday/weekend after
- New Year Eve/New Year Day and Friday/weekend after
Minimum 3 months previous travel experience is required and non-negotiable; more is preferred
Call, Call-back and Charge: Not applicable for this need
Block scheduling will not be considered for this need.
Required:
2+ years of current med surg/tele experience
PCU experience - Strongly Required
DRIP experience
ICU experience - Strongly Preferred
Traveler must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within their scope of practice
Small critical access facility experience - Preferred
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Any / all RTO must be included in profile - accommodations during assignment will not be considered.
5 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
Driver’s license required
