MERCY ST LOUIS RADIOLOGY RECOVERY AREAStatus: Full-Time (36 hrs/wk)Shift: Days - No CallOverview:The position is a 0.9 FTE. 4 eight hour shifts one week, and 5 eight hour shifts the other week (two week pay period). The start time for the shifts range from 0530-0900 - depending on where the nurse is scheduled. The weekends are the 2nd Saturday of the month and rotates among all the nurse who work in this role. Typically, the nurses cover 3-4 Saturday shifts a year in the GI lab. Day off during the pay period can vary depending on needs. Each nurse must have ACLS and PALS.The Radiology Recovery Nurse works in the Breast Center aiding in scheduling biopsies and calling negative biopsy results.
