About Mercy Float Pool:
If you thrive in dynamic environments and love learning something new every day, theFloat Poolis your calling. You'll gain broad clinical experience, sharpen your assessment and communication skills, and work with a variety of teams across the hospital.
Units you may float to include:
- Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown
- Medical/Surgical/Cardiac Stepdown
- Cardiac Telemetry, CVICU, Oncology, Neurology
- Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more!
Float Pool Qualifications:
- Experience:Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year)
- Education:Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred)
- Licensure:Current RN license in Missouri
- Certifications:
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
