If you thrive in dynamic environments and love learning something new every day, theFloat Poolis your calling. You'll gain broad clinical experience, sharpen your assessment and communication skills, and work with a variety of teams across the hospital.

Units you may float to include:

  • Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown
  • Medical/Surgical/Cardiac Stepdown
  • Cardiac Telemetry, CVICU, Oncology, Neurology
  • Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more!

Float Pool Qualifications:

  • Experience:Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year)
  • Education:Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred)
  • Licensure:Current RN license in Missouri
  • Certifications:
    • BLS (American Heart Association)
    • ACLS (American Heart Association)
