We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the company’s buildings, facilities, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The HVAC Technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems, as well as perform preventative maintenance. This position requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Duties Include: Understand and adhere to all company safety procedures; participate in periodic Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) training. Maintain and repair company buildings, facilities, and equipment to ensure safe operating conditions. Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, including pumps, fans, compressors, and related mechanical systems. Utilize strong mechanical and electrical skills to complete assignments effectively. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC control and operating systems as scheduled through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Safely execute job duties by following lockout/tagout procedures, job hazard analysis, and using PPE as required. Work outdoors in all seasons and at heights when needed. Perform all other duties as assigned or requested.

May be assigned to orient staff and students and assume the duties and responsibilities of the supervisor in the absence of that individual as qualified to do so.Assesses patients' needs; identifies and initiates appropriate occupational therapy interventions; works cooperatively with other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional occupational therapy practice and interdisciplinary teamwork.Observes and evaluates treatment affect, accomplishment of short- and long-term goals. Recommends change to physician, if needed.Performs an appropriate assessment on each patient and performs reassessments, as per policy. Performs accurate and timely QI scoring. The population is adult and geriatric patients requiring an adult medical rehabilitation program and services.Able to assess patient pain interfering with optimal level of function of participation in rehabilitation; makes appropriate interventions to reduce pain; makes appropriate physician contact for interventionWhat we offer Fundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team.
