We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Maintenance Technician to join our night shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (flexible days and hours, including occasional call-ins)
Job Duties Include: Follow all company safety procedures and participate in ongoing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) training. Respond quickly and effectively to equipment failures that impact production or safety. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues involving motors, pumps, valves, instrumentation, PLCs, centrifuges, heat exchangers, steam-tube dryers, boilers, conveyors, augers, hammer mills and process tanks/vessels. Perform routine and preventive maintenance as scheduled. Communicate with the Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor and production teams to prioritize tasks and minimize downtime. Accurately record maintenance activities and findings in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Maintenance Technician to join our night shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (flexible days and hours, including occasional call-ins)
Job Duties Include: Follow all company safety procedures and participate in ongoing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) training. Respond quickly and effectively to equipment failures that impact production or safety. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues involving motors, pumps, valves, instrumentation, PLCs, centrifuges, heat exchangers, steam-tube dryers, boilers, conveyors, augers, hammer mills and process tanks/vessels. Perform routine and preventive maintenance as scheduled. Communicate with the Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor and production teams to prioritize tasks and minimize downtime. Accurately record maintenance activities and findings in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical training or relevant maintenance experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities in both mechanical and electrical systems. Demonstrates accountability, reliability, and a commitment to high standards. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Growth-minded, with a drive to contribute to our company’s success as a leader in the energy industry. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and call-ins as needed. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights. Capable of climbing ladders and stairs and lifting up to 100 lbs. Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, hear, speak, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must have correctable vision to safely perform job duties.
