Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. You will work with families on an individualized basis to identify family goals, strengths, and necessary services and ensure parents have opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge that aid in child development.You will be responsible for community partnerships, service coordination as well as reporting.
