Compensation range is based on availability and assessment completion.Location: Home, SNF, and other community environments in Bluefield, VirginiaHours: Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, Flexible SchedulingBenefits: PRN providers are non-benefited except for 401(k) and limited Voluntary BenefitsMileage Reimbursement plan Qualifications: Must Haves:Master’s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensureMaster’s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of PA licensureCurrent RN and NP or PA licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authorityBoard certified by the NCCPA, AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in a Matrix approved specialtyHave a current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant preferred, new grads encouraged to apply. Have the ability to travel either in state or out of stateHave strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR softwarePossess excellent verbal and written communication skills with patient, clients and colleaguesHave a positive and outgoing personality, and be a team player.
