The Safety Manager is responsible for executing all aspects of the company's safety programs, including development, implementation, compliance, training and reporting. This role ensures that all areas of the company comply with safety and regulatory requirements while serving as a role model for expected behaviors. Regular travel to our De Pere, WI location is required to support safety oversight and training across sites.
Job Duties Include: Participates in the incident investigation process, including root cause analysis and identification of corrective action plans, and tracks completion of corrective actions. Work with departments to identify and correct safety hazards and develop preventative procedures. Compile, analyze and report safety data to management. Conduct job hazard assessments and recommend control measures, including substitution of less hazardous materials, PPE, work practice changes and engineering controls.
