The flexibility to float between departments provide valuable experience. Does require call for evening, night, weekend, and holidays. Manageable call coverage is currently three nights a month and every tenth weekend.Schedule: M-F 8 hour shifts. Rotating through staggered shifts starting at 6:30AM, 7AM, 7:30AM, 8AM, 8:30AM. May be expected at times stay past shift to finish off daily assignment.Location: Primary location is the Digestive Health Center in the Outpatient Center on St. Mary’s Hospital-Madison campus. May need to float over to St. Mary’s Hospital-Madison Endoscopy Suite to support and be a part of the inpatient team. Call commitment when working as part of the inpatient team is about three nights a month and every tenth weekend.Qualifications Procedure sedation experience. ACLS certification.
