As a business partner, you will actively contribute to category leadership and the achievement of long-term profitability goals.How Agropur invests in YOU:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance;401(k) with 7% company contributions;3 weeks Paid Time Off;Paid holidays and 2 floating holidays;Paid parental leave;Advancement Opportunities.Salary range 008: $137 000 to $171 300 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).What’s involved in this role :We are looking for a Financial Director - Cheese Category in Appleton, WI.Analyze and present monthly financial results (volume, P&L, marketing costs, service costs, etc.) to stakeholders.Actively participate in strategic decision-making for the category as a member of the management committee.Ensure alignment between the business perspective and the organization's financial functions.Manage all profitability initiatives: product mix, pricing, contract renewals, manufacturing costs.Oversee strategic and investment projects (cross-functional): financial analyses, budget monitoring, post-investment evaluationsincluding marketing, sales, and other strategic initiatives.Play an active role in the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and presentations to senior leadership.Lead, motivate, and develop a team of finance professionals while ensuring effective talent management.Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and the optimization of the category’s overall performance.What you need to join our team: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CMA is an asset).Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in the dairy or agri-food industry is a strong asset.Knowledge of the U.S. dairy market and its implications on profitability, business strategy, operations, etc.Strong ability to simplify complex concepts, synthesize information, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and make informed decisions.Solid skills in change management, strategic planning, and problem-solving.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP is an asset).We dairy you!
