What You'll Bring: Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Master’s Degree preferred.Clinical Experience: At least 2 years as an RN in an acute care setting.Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years managing care coordination. Utilization review knowledge preferred.Independent Leadership: Proven ability to work independently and lead teams to achieve objectives.Systemic Thinking: Expertise in applying system thinking to identify and solve problems efficiently.
