Role Summary: The Director, Atmos Development & Partnerships is a strategic leader responsible for driving the growth and commercialization of Air Group’s Atmos Rewards platform. This high-impact, cross-functional role leads partnership development, product innovation, and revenue expansion across the travel ribbon and adjacent loyalty ecosystems. Reporting directly to the division Vice President and serving as a key member of the loyalty, partnerships, international, and sales leadership team, this role operates with significant autonomy and visibility. Key Duties: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to scale Atmos across the travel ribbon and into adjacent ecosystems.Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on partnership opportunities and associated market dynamics.Drive innovation in partnership models, exploring new monetization strategies and customer engagement opportunities.Represent Atmos externally, cultivating executive-level relationships with key partners and industry stakeholders.Identify and secure new partnership opportunities that align with Atmos’ growth objectives and customer value proposition.Own the P&L for non-air, non-Air Group products within Atmos, driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability.Lead data-driven decision-making to assess partnership opportunities, using advanced analytics to evaluate performance, forecast growth, and identify optimization opportunities.Establish and monitor KPIs for partnership health, customer engagement, and revenue contribution, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.Build and lead a high-performing team fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence. Coach and mentor team members, providing strategic guidance, professional development, and performance feedback.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to co-develop digital experiences and capabilities that support Atmos platform objectives and growth.Deliver clear, compelling executive-level communications, including strategic updates, business cases, and business reviews to senior stakeholders and external partners.Analyze competitive dynamics and market trends to proactively identify areas for innovation and strategic advantage. Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills: Required8 years of experience across partnership strategy, corporate development, or management consulting.5 years of leadership experience, with at least 2 of those years directly leading people.Bachelor’s degree, with a focus in business, analytics, or related technical/quantitative disciplines, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree Excellent communication (e.g., verbal, written, and listening), interpersonal, and customer relations skills.Proven experience with strategic marketing planning, direct marketing, customer segmentation, collateral, and vendor management.Superior analytical skills with ability to interact and influence all levels of the organization.Proficient in business processes, including personnel management, budgeting and forecasting, and project management.High school diploma or equivalent is required.Minimum age of 18.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.PreferredContract negotiation experience.A Master of Arts/Science degree or a Master of Business Administration degree. Salary Range: $167,050 - $258,950 / year Total Target Compensation Range (incl. bonus & equity): $218,966 - $338,436 Salary Details: The pay range and total target compensation package listed above is the expected pay offered for this position at the start of employment. Your pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, your relevant experience/level, experience level, and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon employees.
