You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and operating lab bench setups and probe-stations to enable high-volume production test of mm-wave SoCs for Project Kuiper. Lab bench setups will span wafer level and package level setups as well as digital and RF focused setups. You’ll also be responsible for writing automation software for some of these setups. You’ll work closely with silicon design teams, ATE engineers, and failure analysis engineers to bring-up, test, characterize and debug complex SoCs.
