This role will work closely with management to supervise a technician team that supports environmental test or satellite components as well as full vehicle testing. The individual will have strong leadership skills and be required to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment where communication and organization will be critical. This position will also utilize a variety of analytical tools as well as aid in creating a variety of laboratory procedures which they will help to draft and maintain. This will require supervisory duties as well as working as an operator in the test lab.
