We are seeking a tenured Principal Product Manager with a deep technical background and a successful history of delivering high-impact, multi-organizational, and multi-year initiatives. This role is critical for driving the Premium Shopping Experience for Amazon.Key job responsibilities- Envision and define Premium shopping experiences, personalized to individual customer needs, that integrate seamlessly across the Amazon shopping journey.- Work with a team of engineers, scientists, UX design and researchers, and program managers to define and execute a product roadmap that helps customers discover and be inspired by Premium products on Amazon.- Drive roadmap to implement next generation visual experiences, utilizing the latest gen AI technology an inventing ways to improve online shopping beyond in store experiences.- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance customer and business needs versus technical constraints.- Assimilate a large number of inputs from stakeholders, develop cohesive designs and functional specs, prioritize and deliver them in a successful and timely manner.- Clearly communicate goals, requirements, roadmaps, and timelines to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.- Demonstrate maturity, sound business and technical judgement; ability to influence and leadership is essential to success in this role.- Collaborate with many orgs and leaders across the entire retail organization to build the future of Premium shopping on Amazon.About the teamThe Elevated Shopping (eShop) team mission is to serve premium and luxury customers and brands with personalized, seamless, and delightful experiences that reflect their discerning tastes and elevate online retail to a new standard of excellence. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
