This is a pivotal, in-office leadership role based in Vermont, with frequent local travel to project sites and client meetings. Some flexibility to work remotely is available as needed. Key Responsibilities Serve as People Manager and operational leader for the Project Management team, including oversight of approximately 9 team members and collaboration with preconstruction and field leadsDrive day-to-day execution of residential construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and profitability goalsLead client-facing business development efforts, including proposal development, presentations, and new project acquisitionOversee P&L performance of the Fine Homes Division, including top-line revenue and profitability targetsFoster a culture of excellence in craftsmanship, systems thinking, and team collaborationProvide constructability expertise, drawing from direct field experience to strengthen deliveryHelp scale and refine systems that support residential and emerging commercial operationsUtilize tools such as Procore for project tracking and communication Qualifications Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in luxury residential projectsProven success as a leader and people manager, with the ability to mentor and elevate teamsClear communicator with strong client-facing presentation skillsFinancially fluent with experience overseeing budgets, forecasting, and division-level P&LComfortable working in both strategic and hands-on capacitiesField experience and constructability insight are highly valuedExperience in commercial construction is a plus, especially in system design and scalabilityNo formal educational requirements; the client values practical knowledge, integrity, and execution Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary range: $163,600 – $190,200, commensurate with experienceAnnual performance-based bonus tied to revenue and profit targetsCompany vehicle provided (half-ton, branded)Full benefits package (details provided during later stages of the process)Relocation assistance available for exceptional candidates How to Apply The Source and Recruit Company has been exclusively retained to support this confidential search.
