Unit Description: The Emergency Department at CVPH has 29 beds, 4 beds in the Behavioral Decision Unit, and 7 beds in Fast Track. GENERAL SUMMARY:The LPN works under the general supervision of the Practice Supervisor, an Ambulatory RN or other licensed provider to deliver excellent patient care completing the duties and responsibilities of the position while complying with the HIPAA and CVPH confidentiality policies. S(he) is responsible to manage patient flow while supporting physician (s) to ensure efficient use of their time and minimize patient wait time.
