DESCRIPTION DU POSTE Vous travaillerez sous la responsabilit du directeur de l’quipe de dveloppement de solutions d’assemblage de nouvelles gnrations au sein d’une quipe compose d’ingnieurs et de techniciens spcialiss. Dans une quipe multidisciplinaire, vous participerez mise en place de nouveaux procds pour les produits d’assemblage des nouvelles gnrations. Plusieurs comptences sont ncessaires et toucherons plusieurs procds en dveloppement afin de l’amener en mode production. Les procds sont la dposition par placage de diffrents mtaux, la dposition par vaporation, la photolithographie, la gravure de mtallisation, l’application de rsines photosensibles et le dveloppement de celle-ci, le moulage d’poxy ainsi que le soudage de composantes en haute prcision. Pour rencontrer ces dfis, vous devez tre dvelopper vos connaissances et comptences. Vous participerez la mise en place des quipements et des procds. Pour ce faire, vous participerez l’achat des quipements, l’installation, au dmarrage et la qualification de ces derniers. Par la suite, vous allez assurer la mise en production en participant directement au suivi des expriences et des tests qui seront excuts pour faire avancer les connaissances et amliorer la comprhension des paramtres critiques. Vous serez dans un environnement de dfis stimulants et au cur de dveloppement des produits demandant un assemblage de nouvelles gnrations. Cet environnement sera un tout nouveau secteur en chambre dpoussire (Class 1000). Vous participerez donc directement la mise en uvre des expriences pour faire avancer les connaissances et amliorer la comprhension des paramtres critiques d’assemblage. Vous travaillerez donc dans un environnement de dfis stimulants, au sein d’une quipe engage et nergique. Bref, vous participerez directement la croissance de l’usine de IBM Bromont. Vous aurez pour principal mandat de collaborer avec nos experts techniques dans le dveloppement de solutions innovatives dans le tout nouveau secteur avec des quipements uniques chez IBM Bromont. Vous aurez comme principales responsabilits : * Vous participerez la slection des nouveaux outils de production et de laboratoire * Vous participerez aux installations et aux qualifications des nouveaux outils * Vous aurez configurer les quipements pour raliser les expriences * Vous participerez l’laboration des plans d’exprimentation * Vous aurez la charge de mener le plan d’exprimentations dfini en quipe * Vous participerez la rsolution des problmes de procd observs * Vous participerez activement aux activits de mise en production du produit dvelopp. * Vous aurez configurer certains quipements pour la production de produits et/ou inspection pour valider la qualit de l’assemblage.
