Our diverse and high-acuity population includes individuals experiencing:Neurological emergencies: Stroke, Seizures, Guillain-Barr (GB), TNK, ThrombectomiesCardiac crises: Myocardial Infarction (MI), CHF, IABP, Impella, Cardiac Arrest, ECMOPulmonary challenges: COPD, ILD, PNA, COVID ICUSevere infections: Sepsis, Septic EmboliMetabolic and toxicologic emergencies: DKA, Overdose (OD), Liver Failure, Renal FailureGastrointestinal bleeding: GIBAdvanced therapies: CRRT, CDT End-of-life (EOL) care: Compassionate, patient-centered support for patients and familiesThis environment demands sharp clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and a deep commitment to continuous learning.Teamwork That TransformsCollaboration is our cornerstone. Requirements:
Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.ADN required, BSN preferred.Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
