Collaborates across disciplines for coordinated care, discharge, and referrals, while providing patient and family education tailored to individual needs. Ensures completion of diagnostic and support services, adheres to safety protocols like surgical site verification and narcotic counts, and demonstrates expertise in Ambulatory and Endoscopic Care, including use of specialized equipment and moderate sedation.
