Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including PLCs, relays, motors, and AC/DC circuits. Support continuous improvement by identifying root causes of recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions. Train operators and other team members on basic maintenance checks and proper equipment care. Maintain accurate maintenance records, including time worked, parts used, and job completion notes in SAP. Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and outside vendors on major repairs, upgrades, and equipment installations. Submit requisitions for replacement parts and recommend critical spares to minimize downtime. Adhere to all company safety programs, including Lockout Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash, GMP standards, and OSHA regulations. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred.
