The KEYS Academy Director performs liaison functions with referring agencies and is responsible for personnel, financial, and program management functions as well as daily operations. The KEYS Academy Director ensures all VDOE Licensure, LEA, and VAISEF accreditation regulations and standards are met in his/her area of operations. Maintains qualifications necessary to perform the duties of chief administrative director of the school. Minimum 5 years Special Education teaching experience working with at-risk youth in a school setting. One to five years leadership experience preferred.
