Overview: The Director of Operations serves as the primary driver of day-to-day execution for Triad HealthCare Network’s Clinically Integrated Network (CIN). This role translates strategic direction from the Chief Administrative Officer into coordinated, measurable actions that keep the network running efficiently and effectively. The Director ensures operational readiness for all CIN initiatives, oversees committee and contract operations, standardizes workflows, and manages the infrastructure needed for network growth.
