This includes parking lot positions, tollbooths, pet kennels, and driver positions. You will:Provide exceptional, professional guest service in a team environmentOperate trams to transport guests and Team Members from remote parking sitesOperate shuttle buses to transport Team Members around the park and to the Ambassador Housing VillageProvide crowd control for our courtesy tram operationAssist guests with wheelchairs or strollers on/off tramMake announcements on the tram with a microphoneCommunicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our GuestsPerform other duties as assignedWhat it takes to succeed:Must be at least 18 years oldMust have 1 of the following valid Virginia CDL licenses: Class A with (P) Endorsement, Class B with (P) Endorsement, Class C with (P) EndorsementCannot have the following Virginia CDL license restrictions: (J) Limited to driving only school/activity buses, (L) May not drive vehicles with Full Air or Air over Hydraulic brakes, (Z) May not drive vehicles with Full Air brakesMust have Air breaks endorsement and passenger endorsementMust maintain a valid DOT physical cardMust be able to meet company driving guidelines2 years of experience as a driver preferredAbility to communicate effectively, including speaking on a microphoneWhat else is important:Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if neededPerform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.
