Participates and leads developmental and verification testing, including extensive electromagnetic and environmental testing to enable rapid response to emergent Navy and national requirements.Work with Project Lead(s) to analyze and refine requirements, perform alternative solutions by research and investigation, and identify technical risks.Develop prototypes (in concert with technicians, as necessary) to prove out prototype designsCoordinate with mechanical engineers regarding the integration of designs into customized mechanical packagesDevelop documentation of design solutions and adhere to established configuration management processes Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred) Compensation: Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.The projected annual compensation range for this position is $85K - $155K(USD).
