Description The Leidos Maritime System Division (MSD) develops and deploys advanced technology solutions that address existing and emerging maritime missions of national importance for a broad range of customers across the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, other governmental agencies, and commercial clients. MSD is currently seeking a qualified, energetic technical leader to fill a leadership position on our Unmanned Surface Vessels (USV) team. The USV team works on distributed sensors, control systems, and the “brains” of robot boats used by a variety of customers. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will collaborate with customers and the Leidos team to design and write software, ensure delivery of high-quality work, and support the overall process. This role will have a supervisory component, providing coaching and guidance to other engineers on the team.
