Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Year Up United participants also receive an educational stipend. The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. If you receive an internship, it may be at Bank of America, Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, or Salesforce, among many other leading organizations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Be the Physical Therapist You've Always Aspired to BeYour journey involves:Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.Celebrating every victory along the way. QualificationsCurrent licensure or certification as required by state regulations.CPR certification.Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.Pay Range, $80,000-$120,000 depending on experience.
