You will lead a team/production staff, manage production schedules, and coordinate with other departments including logistics, and quality assurance to meet customer specifications and delivery deadlines. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of food safety regulations and high-volume food production practices.Work location: onsite @ our Sky Chefs kitchen/facility @ Austin-Bergstrom International AirportWork shift: 5am - 1:30pmWork schedule: Scheduled days vary Monday through Friday, plus one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
