Overview: Accounts Payable ManagerCarrollton, TX (on-site)As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will have a strong aptitude in driving the Accounts Payable process with technology and automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for oversight of the Accounts Payable Department and execution of high-volume Accounts Payable for over 1,700 locations. This will include driving and improving Accounts Payable processes. Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoicesManage special projects as necessary including effectively communicating with senior managementCollaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoicesMonitor and analyze accounts payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyDevelop and maintain accounts payable policies and proceduresPrepare monthly and year-end accounts payable closings, running required reports, reconcile accounts payable to the general ledger, conduct detail analysis of accounts payable aging and days payable outstanding. Ensure that all controls are being applied accordingly.Ad hoc projects, requests, reports as needed. SUMMARYThe Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible overseeing staff processes to meet team and department goals.
