Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients, generating sales through cold calling, virtual meetings. Initiate thorough conversations with prospects to identify their needs and provide technical expertise and guidance on our products and services to address those specific needs. Present and demonstrate our technical products and services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits, and articulating how they can address customer challenges and improve their business operations. Collaborate with our directors and technology experts to develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations that align with customer needs and requirements. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and results.
Required Skills: Technical aptitude to understand and be trained on the products and services being sold, along with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.
