Manage freight forwarding operations and transportation arrangements aligned with production schedules. Prepare and maintain accurate customs documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Certificates of Origin (COOs), and commercial invoices. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, Incoterms, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes. Track shipments and proactively address delays or disruptions to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain up-to-date logistics and supply chain records in ERP systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with production and project timelines. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in the supply chain.
