DescriptionSummary: The RN Supervisor is accountable for supervising the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. The Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of a Nursing department on a 24-hour basis. The Supervisor collaborates with other clinical and ancillary departments to meet organizational and department-specific Quality and Safety Measures, Community Values, Business Literacy, and Service Excellence goals.
