We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter/Human Resources Professional to lead recruitment efforts for our field teams and support a variety of HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment for all Field Technician roles, including managing the applicant tracking system (ATS), screening resumes and identifying top talent. Administer pre-employment processes such as skills assessments, background checks, reference verifications and E-Verify compliance. Maintain accurate and timely employee records in the HRIS system, including training logs and hours worked for payroll reporting. Monitor certification expiration dates and proactively coordinate renewals with employees. Schedule and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires; ensure orientation information is accurately reported for payroll processing. Provide general HR support across various departmental needs and special projects.
