Role: Oracle Financials Cloud Solution Architect Location: Remote with Milestone Travel Position Summary: As a Presales Solution Architect specializing in Oracle Financials Cloud, you will play a critical role in driving the sales process by providing deep technical expertise and crafting tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You will work closely with sales teams, clients, and partners to demonstrate the value and capabilities of Oracle Financials Cloud solutions. Responsibilities: · Solution Design: Develop and present comprehensive proposal response that align with customer requirements and business objectives tailored for applicable industry. This will include Business Value Articulation, constructing point of views about Finance master data management, best practices, KPIs applicable to the industry. · Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support for Oracle Financials Cloud, in core financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects Portfolio Management. Insights and familiarity in modules such as Revenue Management Cloud, Subscription Management, Accounting Hub, Risk Management, Enterprise Performance Management modules and Analytics will be preferrable. · Customer presentation: Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements during the presales cycle, present the solution to the clients during the client Orals. This will require converting the solution construct into power point presentations. · Demonstrations: Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Oracle Financials Cloud. · Solution Blueprinting: Lead client sessions during the Blueprinting phase and transition to the implementation teams. · Collaboration: Work closely with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to implementation. · Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Oracle ERP Cloud product updates to provide relevant insights to clients. Minimum Qualifications: · Education: CPA, CMA, MBA Finance. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus. · Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or business consulting roles with a focus on Oracle Financials Cloud. This includes a minimum of 4 years in implementing Fusion Financials and should have worked in capacity of finance solution architect in customer facing role for implementation projects. · Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Oracle Financials Cloud architecture, integration capabilities, and best practices. Proficiency in cloud technologies and ERP systems. Prior experience with constructing Go-to-market industry / domain solutions in Finance and Accounting will be preferred. · Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills catering to Global audience, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to Business and IT stakeholders. Significant prior experience anchoring client presentations is necessary. · Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. Ability to address questions on the fly and defend proposal solution. · Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships and deliver consistent outcomes. · Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support presales activities. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 10/24/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $156,500/Year to $183,500/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
