Overview: As a General Manager, you will lead the success of your store and team by setting the bar high for performance and providing the white glove experience our customers expect. You will coach, develop, and lead your team to reach Company objectives and serve as the trusted face of the store, helping to build brand recognition and drive business. Responsibilities: Oversee, coach, and develop all store Team Members in order to build new business and maintain store profitability.
